Chair Yoga

Chair yoga with Neeta is starting on Friday 19th April.

Chair yoga is ideal for those who struggle with getting on and off a mat - the chair is used for seated poses, balance and stability. It’s easily adaptable to any physical challenges you may have and is extremely effective for those with fibromyalgia.
