Come and join Jeanette on Tuesday evenings for a deeply relaxing, guided meditation session.
Mindful meditation has a hugely positive impact on our mental health and wellbeing.
Each week will focus on different methods of practice to give you a chance to find what works for you, which you can then take away and enjoy as part of your own private practice.
The meditation can be enjoyed lying down or sitting - whatever feels comfortable to you, and there will be plenty of opportunities for questions and feedback.
