Yoga with Christmas treats at Anglican Chapel with Iva Dyke

Treat yourself or someone else to a special Christmas yoga at the beautifully atmospheric Anglican Chapel in the London Cemetery.

This session is designed to explore slow paced movements to bring you stillness and calm. We will practise a couple of breath sequences to rest our physical and emotional body. Then we settle down to a deep meditative relaxation, which will take you down the path of a serenity and peace.

At the end we gather for a bit of social with treat of traditional homemade Christmas sweets and a  cup of mulled wine*.

*yoga mats and blankets are provided but should you want to bring your own for extra comfort feel free

*the Chapel is heated but wear warmer layers which can be removed

*parking within the Charterhouse carpark will be free
