As you can imagine our wonderful instructors and therapists will be spending some well-deserved time with their loved ones over Christmas and New Year.

Here’s a quick guide to what’s on over the festive period (all classes are running as normal unless stated) -

Tuesday 5th - Serena’s last session of the year

Thursday 7th - Freya’s last holistic massage session of the year

Tuesday 12th - Mitchell’s last sessions of the year

Saturday 16th - Workshop with Lauren

Monday 18th - Jeanette’s last aromatherapy clinic of the year

Friday 22nd - Julie’s last reflexology session of the year

Jeanette’s last yoga session of the year

Saturday 23rd - Iva’s last session of the year

Sunday 24th - Tuesday 2nd January - CLOSED

Wednesday 3rd - Iva returns

Friday 5th - Jeanette returns

Monday 8th onwards - all classes/sessions return as normal
