Please give a huge welcome to Jasmine, our newest member of the team.
Jasmine teaches Kundalini Yoga and will be with us every Wednesday evening 8.00-9.15pm, starting on the 13th September.
Considered one of the oldest of all traditional forms of yoga, Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness - a technology. A holistic practice that works the body, mind & spirit, it has many facets and applications and can work your whole system. A class always follows a set structure and comprises breathwork, a sequence of exercises, deep relaxation and meditation. It is very much a personal experience - about meeting you where you're at and is suitable for all, regardless of age, gender, current health, ability or yoga experience. Periodically, she may even add in a gong bath experience in the session too, just to enhance all the feels going on inside!
