Classes are 1.5 hours and run twice a month.

Book your place now to experience this unique style that integrates body psychotherapy and yoga - balancing out over- and under- working parts of the body. Fostering compassion and kindness, it seeks to explore what is implicitly stored in the body, uncover patterns and holdings and to ultimately gain freedom by releasing and becoming more fully present in the moment. This allows for connection, healing and growth.
