Come to our party!

It’s our birthday soon and we are having a party.

On Saturday 2nd March we are having an open afternoon to celebrate our 1st birthday. Our instructors and therapists will be available to meet, there will be free demonstrations and there will be cake!

We would love to see as many people as possible as we are so proud of what we have achieved in a year. So come and see us - especially if you have never been before, and bring your friends and family.
