Chair & Chatter

Chair & Chatter is back! Starting 6th September and running every Wednesday 10-11am.

Lets come together for a gentle, seated stretch, breathing exercises, meditation and a cuppa and a chat.

A great way to meet new people and a very gentle, supported exercise class - suitable for all, especially for those who would struggle with getting down on the floor.

Chair based yoga is very effective for those with limited mobility to help keep joints supple and breathing and meditation can greatly help with keeping the mind focused, active and alert. Combined with a cup of tea and a good old chinwag its a great session for promoting relaxation and community.
