Chair & Chatter

Introducing our newest session - Chair & Chatter.

Join Caroline and Jeanette for 1/2 hour of chair pilates, followed by a cuppa and a chat, and then 1/2 hour of relaxing yogic breathing.

Enjoy a gentle stretch and a chance to make friends and connections. Leave the session fully relaxed and rested. What could be better?
